Alanar Fruit became the number one black fig exporter of Turkey in 2016 and 2017 and it is the only exporter company in Turkey that has its own black fig cultivation. Thanks to early Bursa black fig researches, the company has been able to rise the consumption season to 12 weeks and has been using optical black fig sorting automation in order to keep its product quality on the highest level.
Alanar Fruit is a Bursa-based company and has had a long-term professional relationship with GlobalGAP manufacturers from Bursa. Besides, Alanar has a unique packaging and storage facility in the center of fig-cultivating villages in Bursa.
